This is a catted midsection designed specifically for the Raptor brand headers made in Australia. It will bolt up to their header flange and connect directly to your factory Subaru exhaust system with no modifications.
This setup fits Subaru Outback and Legacy models equipped with the EZ30 or EZ36 flat-6 engines:
- 2005–2009 Outback 3.0R
- 2010–2019 Outback/Legacy 3.6R
If you're running Raptor long tube headers on your EZ-series engine, this is the section you’ll need to complete the system and stay emissions-friendly while still keeping a deep tone and smooth flow.
These are built 100% in the U.S.A. and fully TIG-welded by hand. They’re available in either 304 stainless steel or mild steel, depending on your build and budget. All versions include catalytic converters and O2 sensor bungs pre-installed.
This midsection will bolt to factory cat-back systems (and most aftermarket ones that use the stock flange location) with no modifications.
Build time: Roughly 12–16 weeks (sometimes sooner, sometimes longer depending on order volume).
