Access to and use of this Website and the products available through this Website (collectively, the "Products") are subject to the following terms, conditions, and notices (the "Terms & Conditions"). By using the Products, you are agreeing to all of the Terms & Conditions, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms & Conditions.

Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Products without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to part or all of this Website.

This Website may contain links to other websites (the "Linked Sites"), which are not operated by www.infernofab.com. www.infernofab.com has no control over the Linked Sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Your use of the Linked Sites will be subject to the terms of use and service contained within each such site.

Billing Terms

We accept all major credit cards (Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®) as well as PayPal. Your selected method of payment will be charged for the full amount of the Order Total at the time the order is submitted.

Deposits/Payment Arrangements

If a deposit is made on an order it is non-refundable. Orders that have been paid in full are excluded from this non-refundable agreement. Any order placed using a buy now, pay later payment option is non-refundable, and the sale is final. If a cancellation exception is granted, the refund is for in-store credit only.

Lead Times/Build Times

By accepting this terms and condition and by proceeding to purchase any product on Inferno Fabrications you understand and accept that lead times in production may vary. All parts are built per order in chronological order from date purchased. lead times can take anywhere from 3 business days up to10-12 months. the lead times are determined by the amount of volume of orders or by any schedule disruptions that may occur. We build everything here in Oregon and carry a few parts in stock. Most parts are built to order. Lead times may vary based on volume and scheduling. We have an average lead time of 15 business days from order placement to shipping but can be more depending on the product and build schedule. Partial Shipments

Headers, J-pipes, and orders for multiple products are often sent in multiple shipments. Orders cannot be canceled or returned because an install was scheduled prior to receiving your parts.

Order Changes

To fulfill orders as quickly as possible, all orders are immediately placed into the shipping or production queue. Changes to an order or product configuration after placement will incur a $25 change fee.

Cancellation Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

As our products are built to order, customized specifically to your request, and may be started as soon as the order has been received, orders will not be eligible for cancellation.

Return Policy

• If we mistakenly shipped the wrong part.
• If the part was damaged in shipping.
• If the part is defective per the Inferno Fabrications Warranty Policy. For parts from other manufacturers, contact them directly for warranty claims.

If your return meets these conditions, contact us at 503.742.3681 to discuss your situation and receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Refunds

All refunds will be credited as in-store credit only. Refund processing may take up to four weeks.

Refused/Undeliverable Orders

Refused or undeliverable orders will be processed like a standard restocking return. All related fees will be deducted from your product refund.

Chargebacks and Fraud Risk

If a threat of chargeback is made, the order will be canceled and future orders will require a signed service agreement.

Warranty Policy

All parts manufactured by Inferno Fabrications are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the purchase date. Warranty is non-transferable.

Performance Gains

Performance gains are based on in-house testing and may vary based on vehicle model, age, and modifications.
